Residential Services

New Hope Services provides individuals living with developmental disabilities with the services and support they need to empower them to live independently within the community. We have the expertise and highly trained personnel that are necessary to assist individuals with developmental disabilities move into apartment settings and group homes and away from institutions. 

Our services offer person-centered support, enabling the individual to live in their own home, independently, or with roommates. Case management is provided to address planning and support needs as well as coordinate services and community inclusion. These individuals may need anywhere from a few hours of support each week to 24-hour-a-day supervision. Specific services include training, the activities of daily living, safety, religious and other community activities, and helping individuals to develop and maintain lifelong relationships with relatives, guardians and friends. In addition, in-home services may include medical monitoring and medication management.
